DO YOU PROVIDE LEADS?
Yes! SOLID partners with a third-party lead provider that does not charge you anything until you close a deal! Many other companies may say they offer leads, but they charge you up-front for them, and the long term value of that investment is not easily seen. Our partner system is designed to offer you increased income with the least amount of financial risk.
DO YOU OFFER STOCK?
No Way! SOLID believes in giving our agents the freedom to choose what companies they want to invest in. We allow you to keep your commission so you can diversify your investment portfolio! Beware of companies offering you stock as an incentive...that's usually just a tool to keep you "leashed" to them because you'll lose it if you leave.
DO YOU OFFER TRAINING?
Absolutely! With SOLID, your training is individualized and customized to fit your needs. We offer one-on-one training to each agent at request, and we NEVER charge you for that! Your success is our success - we are here to help you learn the industry and make a name for yourself!
DO YOU HAVE PRODUCTION MINIMUMS?
We do not. We understand many agents have to keep their current jobs in order to build their real estate career. We are here to help you with that transition, and we never require a minimum production. We do offer incentives for more production, though. After four sales each year, your quarterly fees are waived for the remainder of the year!
WHAT CITIES ARE YOU IN?
We currently operate in the Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, San Angelo, Lubbock, and Permian Basin regions. SOLID is looking to grow across the state of Texas, though, so if you would like to establish a SOLID presence in your local MLS, reach out to us and let's make it happen!
WHAT ABOUT BROKER SUPPORT?
Never-ending. One thing we pride ourselves on at SOLID is that you have access to your broker 365 days a year! You never have to hesitate to reach out with a question or to get help with completing a document at SOLID. We are here to help you learn and grow, any day of the year.
WHO PAYS FOR E&O AND TRANSACTION SOFTWARE?
These are broker overhead expenses. You should never have to pay for these items as a real estate agent. At SOLID, we cover these fees 100% and you're never charged a fee at closing for these services! If your current broker is charging you small fees like this, we need to talk. There is a better way to do business.
CAN I HAVE MY OWN TEAM?
Of course! We love seeing teams of agents reach success together. SOLID offers a flexible team structure that allows team leaders to grow their local teams as they see fit. You're in control, and we are here to assist if you need us!
